One of a kind! This is a small Sydney manufacturer that I haven’t managed to find much about. The skill of their woodworking is beyond doubt however. The tuning stability of this instrument leaves a lot to be desired, and we may need to undertake some drastic surgery and repin or fit a new pin block.

It possibly could be Francis Robert Peel, Music Seller and Publisher c1890, to whom I found some National Library references: Peel’s Music Warehouse, 5 Hunter Street, Sydney.
